Ticket options

The easiest way to book and receive your tickets is by opting for our e-ticket option when you book online. Your tickets will be sent direct to your inbox. When you arrive at the venue, your e-ticket will be scanned on your mobile phone or tablet. Should you wish to print your tickets, you can opt for the print at home option when booking. Should you wish to purchase, or collect, in person, you can do so at the reception desk at Leisure at Cheltenham, Tommy Taylor’s Lane, GL50 4RN, Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm; Saturday and Sunday 8am to 4pm. Please note tickets must be collected no later than 48 hours before your event. If you have any queries, please refer to our FAQs.

We are now a 100% paperless system and will no longer be issuing printed tickets. This change is aimed at reducing our environmental impact and promoting sustainability.

The majority of our customers already opt for our e-tickets. These are conveniently delivered straight to your inbox upon making an online booking. E-tickets can also be acquired at the venue on the night of the event, subject to availability, payment is by card only.

Upon arrival at the venue, you can simply display your e-tickets on your mobile phone or tablet, where they will be scanned. If you prefer to have a physical copy, there is an option to print your tickets at home when making the booking online.

Senior citizens: Pension credit letter / pensioner bus pass / passport / driving licence
Disabled customers: Blue badge / disability living allowance letter / attendance allowance letter
Unemployed: Income support letter / jobseeker’s allowance letter / incapacity benefit letter / employment and support allowance letter
Students: NUS card / University ID
Disabled/Assistant BookingsIf you are disabled and/or require a support worker or personal assistant to accompany you to an event, tell us when making your booking. Your ticket may be at a concessionary rate and your assistant will be admitted free at selected events. We may be able to help with transport or parking arrangements, or put you in touch with someone who can. Provision is made at Cheltenham Town Hall and Pittville Pump Room for wheelchair access (including toilets) and guide dogs. Please inform us if your hearing is impaired and we will aim to seat you in the most appropriate location.For more details, please see the accessibility section here 

We regularly offer discounts for group bookings. Please see event page for discounts available. If you would like further information, please email tickets@cheltenhamtrust.org.uk

Tickets may be reserved prior to payment. Reserved tickets must be paid for at least 48 hours before the date of the event or they will be released for sale.

We accept most major credit and debit cards, however we do not accept American Express or Diners. We are pleased to accept credit cards online, in person or by phone.

Please note, we do not accept cash or payment by cheque.

Tickets are non-exchangeable or refundable once purchased unless the event is cancelled.

As both Cheltenham Town Hall and Pittville Pump Room are not fixed-seated venues, we cannot guarantee the location of a cross gangway / aisle that may be present on our seating plans.
