Join artist Yanli Shen for an adult drawing workshop inspired by The Art of Looking. Beginning with close observation of Rachel Ruysch’s still life paintings, the session explores drawing as a tool for slowing down, paying attention and discovering new ways of seeing.

Working with a selection of natural objects, you’ll experiment with playful observational drawing exercises before developing a longer drawing of your own. No previous drawing experience is needed – the workshop is about curiosity, attention and discovery rather than technical perfection!

Please note this workshop will take place in the third floor gallery, The Art of Looking. There is lift access.
